Tim Zimmer, began his experience in the work of Joesph Pilates in 1991 as an apprentice to an owner of a Pilates studio at a time when there where only three known locations for learning pilates type work in Denver.
The most important goal in the Pilates work is to preserve the integrity of the joint system while increasing strength in motion and stability. Each exercise in the Pilates regimen is designed with these goals for the various facets of the body to create a versatile and fluid yet complete vocabulary of strong stable mobilities.
I have been teaching over 25 years and in that time I have created a strong community of clients that have successfully benefited from my guidance using the Pilates techniques. My experience in my career exceeds 50,000 hours of time in contact with, observing and guiding in the care of my clientele.
The Studio is open Monday-Friday. Privates and semi-private classes can be scheduled during any non-class times. All Classes are reformer classes unless otherwise specified.

Tim has guided many through challenges for the purpose of increasing their wellness, strength, performance, recovery from injury, and rehabilitation from surgeries including, hip replacement, knee replacement, shoulder replacement, spinal surgeries and spinal injuries.
